Refund policy

You can preview your logo in full, on mockups, before you pay, so please buy only when you are happy with the design.

When we refund

• The files you downloaded are broken, missing or do not match the preview, and we cannot fix it.
• You were charged twice for the same logo.
• You could not download your files because of a problem on our side.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will usually fix the problem or refund you within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Changes after purchase

Pro and Brand Kit include free edits: change colors, fonts, layout or symbol and download again with your order link. A different business name needs a new order.
