These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Logofinch. By using the site or buying a logo package you agree to them.

The service

You can design logos for free. When you buy a package you pay once and receive downloadable files for that logo. Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your rights to the logo

After payment you may use the purchased logo for any personal or commercial purpose, worldwide and without time limit, including on websites, print, signage, merchandise and advertising. You may modify the files.

Logos are built from a shared library of symbols and open-licensed fonts. Other customers may use the same symbols or fonts in their own logos, so we do not grant exclusive rights to individual symbols. Registering a logo as a trademark may require changes; ask a trademark professional.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the business name and text you enter and for making sure your use of the logo does not infringe anyone else's rights. Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading or hateful content.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your downloads working, but the site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
